Q：How can product and design information be kept secret?
A: Your files are kept in absolute security. We protect our clients' intellectual property throughout the process. All customer files are never shared with third parties.
B: We are willing to sign an NDA that complies with the customer's local laws, and promise to keep customer data strictly confidential.
Q. Delivery cost?
Generally, we offer CIF, DDU, EXW, FCA and FOB terms, with FOB Shenzhen term as default term for quotation, unless there are special requirements. Please mention the terms when you have any requirements.
We cooperate with courier companies, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS, while air and sea transportation are also optional.
Delivery cost is determined by destination, weight and package size. Please let us know if you want a quote from us about the shipping cost.
Q. How long is the delivery time?
For standard samples, the production time is 3-7 days; for bulk goods, the production time falls within 7-45 days.
